This Small Batch Single Malt from Glencadam has been created with their single malt that has spent time ageing in ex bourbon casks and then finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts from Andalucia, Spain.

Rich aromas of Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate bound with cedar and clove spices. Sweet layers of maple syrup are found on the palate with treacle toffees and prunes mingled with maraschino cherries and brandy butter. The finish is warming, long and rich with cinder toffee, fruit cake and crystallised ginger tailing off into cherry jam.
