Glencadam distillery has been producing whisky in Brechin in the Eastern Highlands since 1825. The 25 Year Old is matured for a minimum of twenty-five years exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon casks, carefully selected from the distillery's historic dunnage warehouses. This extended single cask type maturation builds a profile of exceptional elegance and complexity, with stone fruits, acacia honey, and warming spice developing in perfect harmony over a quarter of a century. Bottled without chill filtration and at a full 46% ABV to preserve every nuance of flavour. Each bottle is individually numbered.
