Tasting Notes

On the palate, sweet and creamy with layers of sugared almond and panna cotta, followed by notes of dried apple, nutmeg, and cocoa powder. The finish is perfectly balanced, with creamy rice pudding and gentle cinnamon spices lingering long on the tongue. Best enjoyed neat or with a small drop of water.
