Production

A full-strength New Zealand wine is first made, then advanced spinning cone technology is used to gently remove the alcohol while preserving aroma. The collected aroma is recombined with the wine to maintain its fresh and expressive character. Brief aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks enhances texture and freshness.
