Production

Premium, full-strength New Zealand Riesling is produced, then advanced spinning cone technology removes the alcohol while preserving delicate aromas. The collected aromas are recombined with the wine to maintain its expressive character.

Maturation

Brief aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks enhances texture and freshness.
