Production

Premium, full-strength New Zealand Merlot is first produced, then advanced spinning cone technology separates aroma, alcohol, and body. The aromas are recombined with the wine, with a touch of premium grape juice added to achieve a semi-dry, low-calorie 0% red wine.

Maturation

Brief aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks enhances freshness and texture.
