Production

Crafted from nori and dulse seaweed, which are dried for flavour preservation before being macerated to extract their full aromatic richness. The infusion is carefully filtered to remove any seaweed residues, before a small quantity of sugar is dissolved cold directly into the infusion to balance the flavours without masking the liqueur's distinctive marine character.

Tasting Notes

Intense and distinctive aromas on the nose, reminiscent of the ocean, with fresh seaweed notes and a sea breeze character. On the palate, a salty umami note characteristic of nori seaweed leads to flavours reminiscent of the sea, sushi, and marine foods. Surprising, refreshing, and genuinely original.
