Super tasty Gruner Veltliner with subtle exotic fruits on the nose. The palate has ripe pear and fresh, citrus fruits, zingy, dry and refreshing finish. Goes well with grilled chicken, fish and salads.

The grapes are harvested from 15 year + old vines in the Niederösterreich which are sited on clay and limestone soils and where the climate is cool continental.

Winemaking tales place after careful picking, the must is fermented in stainless steel tank with no malolactic fermentation but with 8 weeks of lees contact. Gentle fining and cold stabilisation.

No oak treatment.
