Convocation it the 28th release in the award-winning Exceptional Cask Selection series. This blend of rums has been distilled in the copper double retort pot still and the continuous twin column stills of Foursquare Distillery. Aged for 14 years in ex bourbon and ex Madeira fortified wine casks.

Aromas of juicy sultanas, pineapple, zesty orange peel. Gentle notes of butterscotch underpin delicate nutmeg cinnamon and ginger. The palate is soft, with a sweet rush of underripe pineapple, green banana, juicy ripe plums with sultanas and a gentle touch of toffee. The finish is a warming embrace of oak with an abundance of tangy, grippy astringency, dates and raisins with cinnamon and ginger that just keeps on going... and going...
