Aged far longer than most — eight years in barrel — and blended with 27 botanicals, this is a vermut of extraordinary depth and complexity that rewards those who appreciate the real thing.

Production

Palomino (70%) and Pedro Ximenez (30%) grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel before being aged in barrel for around eight years, developing remarkable richness and concentration. The wine is then infused with 27 botanicals to create its signature aromatic complexity. Winemaker: Maribel Vergara.

Tasting Notes

Marvellously mahogany in colour with rich aromas of dried fruit, nuts and herbal notes. Full-flavoured, silky and sweet on the palate, with a characteristic, refreshing bitter bite from the wormwood. Long, complex and deeply satisfying.

Perfect Pairings

Serve as an aperitif over ice with a slice of orange and a splash of soda. A superb base for classic cocktails — the Negroni, the Manhattan, or simply enjoyed on its own as a digestif.
