Evan Williams Single Barrel 2015 is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Heaven Hill Distillery, aged in a single oak cask and bottled with vintage and barrel details. Matured for over eight years and bottled, it offers excellent value and character. The nose reveals toffee, vanilla, toasted oak and cinnamon, while the palate delivers brown sugar, vanilla fudge, peanut brittle and a touch of orange peel. The finish is gently warming with lingering notes of oak spice, caramel and roasted nuts.
