Sourced from hand-selected lots from the MAX I and MAX V vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley, just 60 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean. The Mediterranean climate features a long, dry growing season with cooling afternoon breezes flowing inland from the ocean, allowing slow, even ripening and concentrated flavour development. The wine is co-fermented with 4% Viognier to enhance aromatics and add floral complexity, following traditional northern Rhône techniques.
