A vibrant, structured red blend from Stellenbosch and surrounding areas, combining Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsaut, and Viognier. Aromas of violets and fresh plums lead into a juicy, approachable palate with herbal notes and gentle, integrated tannins.

Vineyard & Terroir
Selected parcels across Stellenbosch and Western Cape, chosen for optimal ripeness and balanced growth.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes undergo open-top fermentation with careful pump-overs and punch-downs to extract colour and flavour. Each variety is matured separately in oak before blending. Malolactic fermentation is employed for added roundness and complexity.

Violet floral aromas, plums, blueberry, herbal nuances; fresh, juicy, and balanced with soft tannins.
