Aromas of blackcurrant, red plums, and herbs mingle with subtle vanilla and toast from delicate oak. The palate is lively and structured, showing lifted red berries, morello cherry, and a sappy core, with fine tannins and a chalky, balanced finish.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested early morning, carefully sorted, fermented in open-top stainless steel tanks with gentle punch-downs. Maturation in a combination of oak barrels and concrete eggs, with separate varietal aging before final blending.
