Entre Les Vents meaning ‘Between the Winds’ is a Côtes du Rhône Rouge that takes its name from the two winds that define the Southern Rhône's unique climate: the Mistral, a cool dry northerly that clears clouds, boosts sunlight, and protects vines from disease; and the Levant, a humid Mediterranean breeze that replenishes soil moisture, moderates summer heat, and preserves acidity and aromatics. Produced by Colombes des Vignes, one of the most famous and well-regarded producers in the Southern Rhône, founded in 1936 with access to over 1,000 hectares of vines.
