Meet the Producer

Emiliana is one of Chile's pioneering producers of organic and biodynamic wines. Since 1998, they have championed environmentally conscious viticulture, combining quality vineyard management with respect for nature and their workers.

Production

Adobe Reserva is an organic reserve wine made entirely from natural inputs. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at cool temperatures (around 15°C) with selected yeasts, gentle lees stirring, and no pumpovers. The wine is then fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to prevent tartaric precipitations.

Tasting Notes

Bright and expressive, the wine shows aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate offers white peach, apricot, and subtle white leaf tea flavours, balanced by a fresh, elegant texture.
