Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from organically certified vineyards. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at cool temperatures (around 15°C) with selected yeasts, gentle lees stirring, and no pump-overs, preserving the wine's natural aromatic freshness and elegant texture. Fined with bentonite and cold-stabilised before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Bright and expressive on the nose — honeysuckle and jasmine, with white peach and apricot. The palate is fresh and elegant, with white peach, apricot, and subtle white leaf tea flavours, balanced by a clean, lingering finish.

Perfect Pairings

Pairs beautifully with creamy pasta dishes, broccoli quiche, and grilled fish with olive oil and lemon. Also excellent with soft cheeses, chicken in a cream sauce, and aromatic Asian dishes.
