Production

The Adobe Reserva range is designed to reflect harmony between the land, vines, and environment. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for three months to preserve freshness and varietal expression, with all practices adhering to organic principles to maintain the natural character of the wine.

Tasting Notes

The nose shows aromas of broken bay leaf, citrus zest, and a touch of grapefruit. The palate is bright and textural with crisp green apple, vibrant citrus, and a clean, refreshing finish.
