Meet the Producer

Emiliana is one of Chile's leading pioneers in organic and biodynamic winemaking, producing wines that combine purity of fruit with sustainable vineyard practices since 1998. Their Adobe Reserva range reflects a deep commitment to harmony between the land, vines and environment.

Production

Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for three months to preserve freshness and varietal expression, with all practices adhering to organic principles to maintain the natural character of the wine.

Tasting Notes

The nose shows aromas of broken bay leaf, citrus zest and a touch of grapefruit. The palate is bright and textural with crisp green apple, vibrant citrus and a clean, refreshing finish.
