Emiliana is one of Chile's most innovative producers and a pioneer in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since 1998, the estate has focused on producing wines that showcase the highest quality grapes while respecting the environment and vineyard workers. Their Adobe range represents this philosophy at an accessible price point.

Production

Adobe Reserva Malbec is crafted from organically grown grapes, with 20% of the wine aged for six months in French oak barrels to add subtle structure and complexity. All winemaking processes use natural methods to preserve varietal character and fruit purity.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-red in colour with vibrant aromas of crushed redcurrant and blackberries. The palate is medium-bodied with silky tannins, ripe juicy berry fruits and a long, broad finish that lingers pleasantly.
