Vineyard & Production

The grapes are organically grown in selected vineyards across Chile's renowned wine regions, cultivated on deep alluvial soils with excellent drainage. The fruit is machine and hand-harvested at optimal ripeness in the cool morning hours to protect aromatics. Following gentle crushing, the must undergoes cold maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using natural and selected yeasts. To preserve freshness while adding complexity, a portion of the blend is aged for six months in oak, while the remainder stays in stainless steel before blending and bottling.

In the glass, it displays an intense ruby-red colour with bright violet reflections. The nose is fresh and inviting, opening with aromas of ripe dark plums, blackberries, and black cherries, layered with subtle notes of green peppercorn, sweet paprika, cocoa, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, smooth, and balanced, delivering juicy dark fruit flavours supported by soft, velvety tannins and a gentle touch of oak spice on the clean, rounded finish.
