Meet the Producer

Emiliana is a pioneering Chilean producer in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since 1998, they have focused on high-quality vineyards managed with respect for the environment and workers.

Production

Adobe Reserva is made entirely from natural inputs. The wine is fermented and aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving the pure expression of the Carmenère grapes.

Tasting Notes

Intensely aromatic, with notes of star anise, hay, and cured meats. The palate is dark and textural, showing black pastille fruit, while remaining juicy and generous.

Food Match

Pairs well with Chinese ribs, sticky chicken, crispy duck, roasted vegetables, and hard cheeses.
