This replaces the 12 year old Elijah Craig in their range and so becomes their signature bourbon. Made from selected casks of aged bourbons to provide the right balanc of rich flavour and full body. The style has warm spice and subtle smoke flavours. Elijah Craig was the pioneer of aging their whiskey is charred barrel.
