Production

Crafted from a blend of 70% estate-grown Blue Agave from the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco and 30% Piloncillo, a handmade unrefined Mexican sugar cane. Only the finest ingredients are used, including mineral-rich water sourced from El Volcan de Tequila. After distillation, the spirit rests for 14 days in American Oak, adding subtle complexity and balance while maintaining the clean, vibrant agave profile characteristic of a premium Blanco.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant and clean on the nose, with fresh agave, citrus zest and a subtle sweetness from the Piloncillo. The palate is smooth and well-structured, with a pure agave character, gentle vanilla notes from the brief oak contact and a long, clean finish with a pleasant warmth.
