Distilled in 2011, the spirit was entirely matured in 1st fill and 2nd fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. This bottling is from 8 of those butts, cask no#201, 214, 219, 220, 221 and 230 - bottling took place on the 30th June 2023 producing 5,100 bottles.

No colouring has been added, yes it is pitch black!

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
