Bursting with tropical fruit and passion fruit, complemented by hints of blackcurrant and grapefruit, this wine is bright, zesty, and mineral-driven, with a subtle briny edge and a crisp, lingering finish.

Earthsong draws inspiration from nature and the land, focusing on vineyards that harmonise with their environment. The philosophy embraces regenerative farming and minimal intervention to allow the purity of the fruit to shine through.

Vineyard

Sourced from a single Dillon’s Point vineyard, vines are not tilled and are supported by extensive cover crops. Sheep graze in the vineyard over winter, naturally enriching the soil. Shoot thinning during the growing season ensures optimal sun exposure and ripeness. Proximity to the ocean provides cooling night-time temperatures, preserving crisp acidity and enhancing the wine’s mineral character.

Winemaking

Fruit is harvested mechanically and gently cooled to maintain freshness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on fine lees in tank until bottling, allowing the wine’s natural intensity and texture to develop. No oak is used, keeping the wine pure and fruit-driven.

Tasting Notes

Lively tropical fruit aromas, passion fruit, blackcurrant, and grapefruit. The palate is rich yet vibrant, with bright citrus notes, zesty acidity, and a delicate briny tang, finishing crisp and mineral-driven.
