Vineyard & Production

Sourced from a single Dillon's Point vineyard where vines are untilled and cover crops are extensive. Sheep graze the vineyard over winter, naturally enriching the soil, while shoot thinning during the growing season ensures optimal sun exposure and ripeness. Ocean proximity provides cooling night-time temperatures, preserving acidity and enhancing minerality. Fruit is harvested mechanically and gently cooled before fermentation in stainless steel, with maturation on fine lees in tank until bottling. Unoaked.

Lively tropical fruit aromas passion fruit, blackcurrant, and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is rich yet vibrant, with bright citrus notes, zesty acidity, and a delicate briny tang. The finish is crisp, clean, and mineral-driven.
