Vineyards

The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Gigondas, where the stony, sun-drenched soils and Mediterranean climate encourage full ripening and concentration of flavours. Vinification

After harvest, the grapes are fermented with meticulous care. The wine is then matured for two years in large oak foudres, allowing gentle oxygenation and the development of complexity without overwhelming the fruit.
