Production

Grapes are hand-harvested from the Les Houlières plot, carefully pressed, and vinified in temperature-controlled conditions to preserve purity of fruit and aromatic intensity. Minimal intervention in the cellar allows the natural character of the terroir to shine.

Tasting notes

Golden yellow in colour, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits and subtle floral notes. The palate is lush, generous, and forward, with exotic fruit flavours balanced by refreshing acidity and a delicate wet-stone minerality. This wine can be enjoyed young or with short-term ageing to develop further complexity.
