Vineyard & Production

The fruit is hand-picked from low-yielding, organically farmed estate plots spanning top lieux-dits such as Rayas, Pied de Baud, and Grands Pin. The old Grenache vines average over 100 years of age, bringing remarkable depth to the blend. In the winery, the grapes undergo strict double sorting followed by gentle, gravity-fed fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete vats. The wine matures for around 18 months in large oak foudres and concrete tanks to preserve its pure fruit character and soil-driven complexity before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby-purple hue. The nose is rich and lifted, offering an seductive bouquet of dark cherries, crushed blackberries, and sweet plums, complemented by nuances of lavender, wild thyme, black pepper, and subtle liquorice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and velvety, delivering a lush core of red and black fruits supported by seamless, fine-grained tannins and a vibrant line of fresh acidity.
