Meet the Producer

The Pinon family are experts in Chenin Blanc, coaxing out the variety’s voluptuous, expressive, and celebratory side. Their wines reflect both precision and personality, showcasing the best of the Loire Valley’s terroir.

Production

Grapes are grown on sandy clay and limestone soils, naturally fermented over 2–3 months. The wine is then aged for 4 months in used oak barrels to enhance texture while maintaining freshness.

A crisp, vibrant Vouvray with green apple and sherbet citrus aromas. The palate is tight, clean, and refreshing, balanced by lively acidity and just enough residual sugar to provide a subtle, harmonious sweetness.
