Produced with a blend of 80% colombard (grown in clay, limestone and sand) and 20% sauvignon (grown in soil locally known as 'la Boulbene' a silty-clayey texture). This wine is clear and brilliant, very pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is fresh and fruity with yellow fruit aromas, smoked and mineral touches. The palate is pleasingly strong with a rounded profile where we find the same fruity notes of peach and pineapple from the aroma.
