Meet the Producer

The Fabre Family have been producing wine for over 400 years. Settled in the Languedoc since 1711, the family combines centuries of tradition with thoughtful experimentation. This vineyard was originally planted to test the effects of climate change on certain varieties, resulting in a summer-perfect wine.

Production

Grapes are grown on limestone and marl soils, harvested at night to preserve freshness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with daily lees stirring to enhance texture and complexity.

Aromas of fresh-cut peaches with subtle varietal minerality. The palate is bright, breezy, and refreshing, with a lively acidity that makes it perfect for warm weather.
