Crafted from a traditional blend of Rhône varieties including Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grown in the distinctive terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where large rounded stones (galets) cover the vineyards and reflect heat to aid ripening.

Deep ruby red in colour. The nose offers rich dark fruits including blackberry and black cherry, complemented by spice, garrigue herbs, and hints of pepper. The palate is full-bodied and powerful with concentrated fruit, warming spice, and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and complex with lingering fruit and herbal notes.

Food Pairing

Perfect with rich, flavourful dishes such as roasted lamb, beef daube, game meats, and hearty stews. Excellent with Provençal cuisine, grilled meats, and strong cheeses. Also pairs beautifully with duck confit and cassoulet.
