Domaine de la Baume is a family-owned estate in southern France, committed to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar to preserve the natural expression of the grapes.

Production

Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to retain vibrant fruit aromas. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity before bottling without filtration.

Tasting notes

Pale gold in colour with a luminous sheen, the nose displays aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, green apple, and subtle hints of stone fruit. The palate is crisp and lively, with bright acidity, delicate floral notes, and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
