Production

Grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning, sorted, crushed, and cold-fermented in small lots. Aging occurs in stainless steel and French oak to enhance freshness, texture, and varietal character.

Tasting Notes

The nose shows fresh and extroverted aromas of yellow apple, pear, and citrus with subtle coconut, vanilla, and toasty oak. The palate is medium-bodied and soft, with bright fruit, gentle buttery notes, and a lingering oak finish.
