This is the core range single malt release that is matured in ex bourbon and ex Pedro Ximenez sherry casks (39%/61%). Expect aromas of lime zest, mint and sweet pears. The palate is caramelised apples, raisins and vanilla. The finish is sweet like honey with mixed spice.
