Vineyard & Production

The grapes are hand-selected from small, organically farmed vineyard parcels situated near the winery in northern Rueda. Following harvest, the juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural fruit intensity and crisp acidity. The wine is then kept on its fine lees for three months with gentle stirring to build texture and complexity before being stabilized, rested, and bottled.
