The Organic Verdejo, Rueda is a fresh, zesty, and characterful white from northern Rueda. Bright and expressive, it offers citrus and herbaceous aromas, with a palate of ripe stone fruit, balanced richness, and crisp lime acidity.

Meet the Producer

Diez Siglos, founded in 2010, is a collective of 60 small to medium growers dedicated to continuing traditional winemaking practices while embracing organic cultivation. Their vineyards around the winery produce grapes with purity, freshness, and pronounced varietal character.

Production

Grapes are sourced from small organically farmed vineyards surrounding the winery. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and kept on its lees for three months before resting and bottling, enhancing texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Aromatic and fresh, with citrus and herbaceous notes on the nose. The palate reveals ripe stone fruit and a pleasing texture, finished with bright, zesty lime acidity that lifts the wine.
