Vineyard & Production

Produced by The Wine People, a producer passionate about Italian wine and committed to sustainability and organic practices. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Maceration on the skins continues for approximately 12 days at a controlled temperature of up to 28°C, extracting colour, fruit, and structure. Vegan certified.

Tasting Notes

A vibrant ruby hue introduces inviting aromas of black cherry and wild berries, gently underpinned by balsamic nuances and soft herbal notes. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, with smooth tannins and a savoury lift that adds freshness and poise. Best served at 16 to 18°C.
