Distilled in a beautiful copper still, aged in a single Ex-Oloroso sherry cask and cut with pure Dartmoor spring water.

With sweet sherry, hazelnut, coconut, marzipan and sultanas all playing out on the palate, followed by hints of gingerbread and treacle, this most distinctive of single malt whiskies will make for a special toast that lives long in the memory.

This barrel comes from the Jerez region in Spain where sherry is produced. These casks are some of the most exclusive and expensive they purchase because of the beautifully sweet and rich flavours they impart on whisky.

Whereas most sherry expressions are only finished in sherry casks, sitting for most of their maturation in lesser casks, they age our Ex-Sherry Cask Single Malt in Oloroso sherry casks from start to finish, allowing the spirit the time it needs to take on its golden colour, inviting sherry aromas and diverse flavour notes.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
