The Cuvée Jean-Paul Blanc Sec, Côtes de Gascogne is a bright, aromatic dry white from south-west France. Crisp and refreshing, it shows lime, basil, green grass, and guava aromas, with a palate of grapefruit, passionfruit, and tropical lemon, balanced by vibrant acidity.

Meet the Producer

Boutinot France has a long and storied history, evolving from a small wine importer into a producer of high-quality wines across France. Their vineyards in Gascony provide exceptional Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes, carefully selected to craft wines that are expressive, fresh, and consistently high in quality.

Production

Grapes are hand-selected and cooled upon arrival at the winery. They undergo 10–15 hours of skin maceration, followed by pneumatic pressing and cold settling to preserve the aromatic profile. The wine is kept on fine lees to enhance freshness and texture, with blending and bottling up to four times a year to maintain stylistic continuity and quality.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and aromatic, with lime, basil, guava, and freshly cut grass on the nose. The medium-bodied palate offers grapefruit, subtle passionfruit, and zingy tropical lemon, culminating in a bright, refreshing finish.
