Vineyard & Production

Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are cooled with carbon dioxide and undergo skin maceration for 6 to 15 hours, followed by gentle pneumatic pressing and cold settling. Fermentation is initiated with cultured yeasts, and the wine rests on its fine lees after completion to preserve maximum freshness.
