The Cotswold Dry Gin is a classic London style dry gin made from 9 botanicals. Juniper, coriander and angelica root are macerated in pure wheat spirit overnight to fully infuse the flavour. To this a botanical mix of Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, fresh grapefruit and lime peel, black pepper and cardamom are then distilled in their Holstein still, which is then cut with Cotswold water to 46% vol. A classic style with juniper and citrus notes to the fore with a spicy edge devoloping.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
