Vineyard and Production

Grapes are hand-picked into 35kg crates, sorted, destemmed, and crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 21 to 30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, before a further 18 months of bottle refinement to achieve full complexity and balance.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant ruby with russet tones. The nose opens with ripe plums, cherries, toasted coconut, and leather, with earthy nuances adding depth. The palate is fruit-forward and structured, with red berries, dried fruit, subtle oak spice, silky tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
