Deep shiny ruby red, mature and elegant. Its aromatic structure shows itself step by step after being opened. Initial toasty traces give way to a sequence of spicy aromas, animal hints (leather) and dried fruits that stay in the after-taste, enlarging the previous complex, aromatic sensations in the palate.

24 months in 225-litre American-oak casks and 36 months in the bottle prior to release from our cellars.
