Vineyard & Production

Hand-picked grapes are destemmed and fermented separately for each variety in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the individual character of each grape. After fermentation, the wines are blended and aged briefly in seasoned oak to integrate flavours, enhance structure, and soften tannins.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass. The nose shows ripe blackberries, plums, and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and flavours of dark cherry, cassis, and a hint of pepper. The finish is long, juicy, and harmonious.
