Production

Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit aromas and maintain a bright, zesty character. The wine is left on its lees briefly to add subtle texture.

Tasting notes

Pale straw in colour with green highlights, the wine expresses aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus blossom. The palate is light and crisp, with flavours of lemon, white peach, and a touch of minerality, finishing clean and refreshing.
