Sparkling Tea is an innovative beverage category developed by Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. Crafted to provide a unique and complex tasting experience, BLÅ combines a careful selection of 13 organic teas with natural ingredients and a subtle base of grape must and lemon juice.

Ingredients & Sourcing

Tea leaves are sourced from small, carefully selected organic tea manufacturers. Only natural and organic ingredients are used to ensure purity and authenticity.

Production

To extract optimal flavour, the tea leaves are steeped in both hot and cold water for an extended period. Each tea is brewed separately at precise temperatures and time intervals before being blended together with grape must and a dash of lemon juice to create the final product.

Tasting Note

BLÅ opens with a fresh, lively impression and delicate floral notes. The mid-palate reveals a defining softness contributed by the white teas, leading to a long, round, and elegant finish.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.
