Built around a core of mature Caol Ila single malt from Islay, complemented by fruit-forward Speyside malt from Glen Elgin and a touch of heavily toasted French oak finished malt, this expression explores the elegant, floral nuances of peat smoke. Bottled at 48.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it offers a sophisticated, highly structured dram that pairs wonderfully with aged blue cheese, dark chocolate, or oysters on the half shell.

The aromatic profile opens with an intriguing bouquet of delicate peat smoke, smouldering heather, and dry sea spray, beautifully layered with top notes of wax polish, juicy pear, ripe red apples, and subtle eucalyptus.
