Cloud Watcher Alvarinho is a vibrant, aromatic white wine from Vinho Verde, Portugal, made from 100% Alvarinho grapes. Grown on granitic soils in a cool coastal climate, the grapes ripen slowly under Atlantic breezes, producing a pale lemon-coloured wine with bright aromas of citrus and white peach, subtle floral notes, and a crisp, refreshing palate. With 12% ABV, it is lively, fresh, and elegantly balanced.

Cloud Watcher reflects the unique terroir of northern Portugal’s Vinho Verde region. The combination of granitic soils and cooling Atlantic breezes allows the grapes to retain natural freshness and vibrant aromatics, producing wines with remarkable clarity and finesse.

Production

Alvarinho grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently vinified to preserve their aromatic intensity and crisp acidity. Stainless steel fermentation maintains freshness and purity, highlighting the varietal’s characteristic citrus and stone fruit flavours.
