The quality white wine has a fine and brilliant pale yellow colour. On the nose it is elegant and complex, with hints of spice, orange blossoms and citrus fruits. On the palate its displays freshness, good acidity and a harmonious balance between fruit and oak, with a long lingering finish.

Clos de Gat is situated in the foothills of the Judean mountain, bordering Israel' biblical Ayalon Valley. An ancient wine press (Gat) i located in the grounds of the modern winery, surrounded by 47 acres of vineyards.
