The Cline Ancient Vines Zinfandel is a bold, characterful Californian red made from some of Contra Costa County’s oldest dry-farmed vineyards, many over 100 years old. These historic vines produce naturally low yields of intensely concentrated fruit, resulting in a wine of richness, depth and unmistakable personality.

Tasting Notes

Bursting with spicy strawberry, coffee and chocolate notes, this Zinfandel is plush and mouth-filling. Soft tannins support the ripe, juicy fruit, while 10 months in American oak (38% new) adds layers of vanilla and sweet spice, perfectly complementing the wine’s old vine intensity.
