Vineyard & Production

After fortification to around seventeen percent alcohol, the wine enters the traditional criaderas y solera system for pure oxidative aging in old American oak barrels. Over several years, evaporation gradually concentrates the wine, enriching its dark colour, building a velvety texture, and imparting complex oxidative flavours before bottling.

In the glass, it presents a luminous dark mahogany colour with copper highlights.
