Production

Grapes are grown on limestone and loess soils in Rheinhessen and harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal purity. The wine is bottled young, with no oak influence, allowing the fruit and acidity to take centre stage.

Tasting notes

Pale gold in colour. Aromas of ripe peach, apricot, pear, and citrus blossom leap from the glass. On the palate, it’s dry and crisp, with juicy stone fruit, subtle honeyed notes, and a touch of minerality. A hint of oiliness adds texture, swiftly balanced by knife-edge acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
