Vineyard & Production

Grapes are grown in coastal vineyards in Rías Baixas, where the Atlantic influence and granite soils are the defining forces of terroir. Early harvesting preserves the variety’s natural acidity and aromatic lift. Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks to retain purity and freshness, with no oak influence at any stage. The wine is bottled young to capture Albaríno’s vibrant, mineral character at its brightest.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow with green tints. The nose offers fresh-cut grass, citrus peel, and white flowers with an inviting coastal freshness. The palate is light and zesty with ripe stone fruit, lime, and a touch of spice, with crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish that makes it genuinely hard to put down.
